Using a Magic Keyboard on Windows

I prefer using an Apple magic keyboard both when working on my Macbook Air and my PC. By default the keyboard mappings for ctrl and command don't give you a great experience of continuity with what you are familiar with on MacOS.

Microsoft PowerToys includes a Keyboard Manager that makes this update easy:

Download and install PowerToys from Microsoft Store or GitHub Open PowerToys and go to "Keyboard Manager" Click "Remap a key" Add two remappings:

Left Ctrl → Left Win Left Win → Left Ctrl (Repeat for right keys if desired)
